Karl and his wife Jasmine Yarborough, 39, meanwhile, are planning to knock down their 1960s era property in Castlecrag in order to build an all-new lavish sprawl.
Plan for the spectacular new pad include five levels with five-bedrooms and five-bathrooms, a pool and a spa.
Other highlights for the proposed re-build include a courtyard, entertainment room and a three-car garage.
